Ideal candidates will have a technical degree and some programming experience.  Experience with automated testing tools is a definite plus. If you like to test and are good at it, we would love to talk with you. Ideal candidates will have some systems development experience.  Professional certifications are a definite plus, but experience counts for more than certifications.  If you are passionate about leading projects to successful conclusion, we want to hear from you.

Independent Verification and Validation

  • IV&V Consultant

Ideal candidates will have extensive systems development experience covering all aspects of systems development (i.e., custom development, COTS, MCOTS, network security, infrastructure, data warehouse).  Candidates must have at least 5 years of IT Executive experience at the CIO/Vice President/Director level.  Masters degree preferred, but not necessary.  Must have led and/or had responsibility for multi-million-dollar, multi-year, mission-critical projects.  Must have excellent communication, mentoring and coaching skills.  If you are interested in leveraging your vast experience to help the State of Indiana build quality systems and save fellow taxpayers money, then come join our IV&V team.
