Large, mission critical projects are like a living organism. They are in constant motion. Things are changing rapidly. They need constant attention to make sure they are on track, but you don’t have time to watch over them every day. Stonemill Consulting helps by assigning one of our project advisory consultants to your project to monitor performance and be your eyes and ears to address current issues/risks and to look several months ahead to avoid problems or identify opportunities to improve project success.

We will meet weekly with your project manager and other project leaders to:

  • Review project artifacts and deliverables

  • Review costs, schedules, risks and issues

  • Provide a detailed status report outlining current and upcoming risks

  • Recommend how to mitigate those risks.

We also meet with you on a regular basis (usually monthly) to share our insights and answer your questions. During these management briefings, we tell you what is going right and what needs your attention. During the meeting, we inform you of current and potential risks and recommend the two or three issues where you can have the most impact on the project’s success.
